By creating an account or using HashMaximizer (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. HashMaximizer is operated by Ray York (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
HashMaximizer is a fleet management and coin optimization tool for SHA-256 ASIC miners. It provides live hashrate monitoring, rental income tracking, P&L analysis, and daily coin switching signals. The Service is offered on a free tier and paid subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use it for commercial resale. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Hobbyist (Free) tier is available at no charge, limited to 3 machines, and is free forever with no credit card required. Paid tiers — Operator (up to 15 machines), Fleet (up to 75 machines), and Industrial (75+ machines, contact sales) — are billed as agreed at checkout through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Current pricing is displayed at /hashmaximizer#pricing and may be updated from time to time with advance notice to subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (c) reverse-engineer or resell the Service; (d) use the Service to transmit spam or malicious content; or (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. MINING PROFITABILITY ESTIMATES ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
HashMaximizer connects to external services including mining pool APIs (PowerPool, MiningRigRentals, F2Pool, AntPool, SpiderPool, ViaBTC, Ocean.xyz, Braiins, EMCD, Mining Dutch), block explorer and network data providers, weather data providers, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and Supabase for database and authentication.
Your use may cause your data (including API keys, wallet addresses, or usage patterns) to be transmitted to these services. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. HashMaximizer is not responsible for the practices, availability, or accuracy of any third-party service.
When you provide API keys for third-party services, you represent that you are authorized to use those credentials, that they are used solely to fetch data on your behalf, and that you will promptly revoke any credentials you believe to be compromised. HashMaximizer stores third-party API keys in encrypted form and does not share them with any party other than the named service for which they were provided.
Mining profitability estimates, coin revenue figures, and switching signals (“Signals”) are derived from third-party price feeds and network data for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or mining operations advice.
You acknowledge that: (a) Signals may be delayed or inaccurate due to third-party data outages; (b) HashMaximizer does not guarantee any profitability outcome from following a Signal; and (c) any decision to switch mining pools or coins is made solely at your own risk.
HashMaximizer does not take custody of, manage, or control any cryptocurrency, mining hardware, or funds on your behalf. You retain full control of and responsibility for your mining equipment, pool accounts, and cryptocurrency balances at all times.
When you use the MiningRigRentals (MRR) integration, HashMaximizer communicates with the MRR API using your API key to retrieve rig information and rental history. HashMaximizer does not place, modify, or cancel rental listings on your behalf without your explicit in-app instruction. You are solely responsible for your MRR account, pricing, and rental contracts.
When you delete your account, all stored third-party API keys (including MiningRigRentals, PowerPool, and pool credentials) are permanently deleted immediately. Your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, billing records required for tax purposes). Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you individually may be retained indefinitely.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
