Your email address and password (for your account); the machine, pool, and rental data your API keys give us read access to (MiningRigRentals, pool APIs); hosting invoices and contracts you upload; and the settings you enter (machine costs, purchase prices, wallet addresses). Basic analytics events (page views, signup clicks) are collected via Google Analytics.
Only to run the product: monitoring your fleet, computing P&L and SLA credits, auditing your invoices, and sending you the emails you've enabled (daily signal, weekly report, alerts). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and notification preferences live in Settings.
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond the product. Uploaded invoices and contracts are stored privately and are visible only to your account. API keys are stored encrypted and used read-only.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and Bitcoin payments by our BTCPay server — we never see or store full card numbers.
